ABOUT KELLY

A leader who understands what leadership really costs

Commercially experienced.
Human-centred leadership support.

Kelly Hodgson has over 30 years’ experience across senior leadership, business development and operational management, including Director-level roles within health and social care.

Having worked extensively across complex and highly regulated environments, she understands first-hand the pressure leaders face — balancing commercial performance, workforce challenges, organisational growth and emotional responsibility in demanding systems.

Kelly’s career spans operational leadership, strategic business development and service growth within market-leading health and social care organisations. For the past three years, she has also supported providers, developers and care organisations through her consultancy work — helping organisations grow sustainably within an increasingly complex sector.

Alongside her commercial and operational expertise, Kelly trained in psychodynamic executive coaching at the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in London.

Her approach combines practical leadership experience with psychologically informed coaching — supporting leaders to think clearly, navigate pressure and lead sustainably without losing themselves in the process.

Kelly also brings 16 years of lived experience in long-term recovery, which has profoundly shaped her understanding of resilience, accountability, emotional maturity and authentic leadership.

She believes sustainable organisations are built by leaders who are properly supported — not simply expected to absorb endless pressure.

Kelly has worked with market-leading organisations including Carewatch, Priory Group, Exemplar Healthcare, Achieve Together and ivolve Care & Support.
